PURPOSE: A treatment method of waste water from dye works using osmotic pressure is provided, which is characterized in that a precise filtration membrane which can be operated continuously is used for very small suspended solids, and ions in waste water are removed using osmotic pressure. CONSTITUTION: Wastewater is transferred to storage tank, and treated by sand filter and absorbing tower using activated carbon. After the preliminary treatment(1), waste water is transferred to precise filtration membranes(2), which four modules are arranged at a row. Pressure for operating is 1-4 Kg/cm¬2, and the membrane modules are washed backward at every 30 minutes. Maximum quantity of waste water is 20 l/min, and concentrated water is recycled to storage tank. After the filtration membrane, silt density index of the treated water is less than 5, and ion components are removed by system using osmotic pressure so that the water can be reused as industrial water.
