PURPOSE: A digital TV is provided to supply a voice signal changed by the optimum equalizer set up value based on a genre of a program without a manual selection of an automatic voice mode. CONSTITUTION: An analysis unit(130) extracts the genre and present time data from a broadcasting signal received through an antenna. A second memory(410) stores voice data having the optimum frequency characteristic based on the genre and image data having the optimum brightness characteristic based on time band in a look up table type. And, a microcomputer(200) selects the voice information corresponding to the genre information and the image information corresponding to the visual information by receiving the genre and the time data extracted from the received broadcasting signal. Herein, an MPEG voice decorder outputs the frequency characteristic of the voice signal by referring to the voice data selected by the microcomputer while an MPEG image decorder outputs the brightness characteristic of the image signal by referring to the image data selected by the microcomputer. |
