PURPOSE: A receiver is provided to commonly select and to detect each signal in one tuner and one detecting circuit for different kinds of bands and double kinds of broadcasting signals. CONSTITUTION: A TV receiver combining an FM radio comprises of: a tuner; a switching unit(202) to control an operation of a mixed circuit(205) and of a generating circuit of pseudo image mmiddle frequency signal(204); a microcomputer(203) to control a selection of the tuner(201); the generating circuit of pseudo image mmiddle frequency signal(204) to generate a mmiddle frequency signal of pseudo image in a receiving mode of FM radio; the mixed circuit(205) to output by mixing the mmiddle frequency signal of pseudo image with a mmiddle frequency signal of FM radio of the tuner(201) in the receiving mode of FM radio; and a detecting circuit of image and FM sound(206) to detect a mmiddle frequency signal of FM radio sound. The microcomputer(203) is equipped a memorizing unit of TV selecting data (203a) stored controlling data of selection for a selection of TV channel, and a memorizing unit of FM radio selecting data (203b) stored controlling data of selection for a selection of FM radio as a control device. A constitution of circuit is simplified by sharing the tuner of TV and the detecting circuit of TV as the circuit for selecting and detecting the FM radio, and the design of hardware and the convenience of operation of the TV receiver as the FM radio are secured by controlling both the TV and the FM radio for one tuner in the microcomputer. |
