PURPOSE: To obtain sweet potato jelly, capable of producing and supplying on a large scale in low cost, rising the utilization of sweet potato. CONSTITUTION: The method for sweet potato jelly comprises the step that washing law sweet potato; peeling of the sweet potato; grinding the sweet potato with such as stone hand mill; making dough of the powdery sweet potato which grinded sweet potato and water in a ratio of 3: 7 in fabric bag by rub and press with the fingers; changing water to the water absorbed starch 3 one day for week; adding water to the starch in a ratio of 1: 7 and heating high temperature; preparing of jelly with adding oil; steaming the jelly at low temperature for 10 minutes; cooling and packaging the jelly. |
