Tanks for treating water used for washing motor vehicles and equipment, with elimination of sand, sludge and lubricating oils therefrom, formed by at least three sections, a first one of which (40, 120) serves as means for storing purified water or residual purification sludge, a second one of which (42), intended for treating water, serves as a decantation section both for sand and other coarse residue and for fine sludge, and a third one of which (44), also intended for treating water, serves for separating lubricating oils from the mass of water used for washing motor vehicles and, if necessary, for final filtering of the same water. The separated lubricating oils flow out from at least a first discharge outlet (98) towards collection means (107), while the treated waste water flows out from a second discharge outlet (116). |
