PURPOSE: A tape is provided which has a good adhesiveness, flame resistance, self-extinguishing property, weather resistance and water proofing property. CONSTITUTION: The tape comprises non-woven fabrics, drying solution, polishing coating film and adhesives. The drying solution comprises 50- 70 weight parts of primary solution resin, 30- 40 weight parts of diphenolic acid, 15- 25 weight parts of silica, 25- 30 weight parts of stone powder, 5-15 weight parts of ethylene vinyl acetate, 2-7 weight parts of antimony and 25-35 weight parts of aqueous adhesives. The primary solution resin comprises 20-40 weight parts of perplexedly, 5-10 weight parts of latex, 10- 30 weight parts of surfactant, 15-20 weight parts of cellulose viscosity improver and 10-30 weight parts of aqueous adhesives.
