PURPOSE: A device for measuring sit-ups is provided to measure numbers of sit-ups for a standard time by sticking a timer to measure numbers and the standard time when a sit-up is performed. CONSTITUTION: A contact sensor of shoulder(14) installed to measure which a head of a human to sit up is fallen downward is stuck in the upper middle of the mat of back support(16) connected in a main body(10) so the human to sit up as to lie down. A contact sensor of knee and elbow(16) to measure which a human body is risen upward, a hanging rod of ankle(18) to install the contact sensor of knee and elbow(18) in a thigh fit for a figure of the human and a supporting bar of ankle hanging rod(20) are connected in the main body(10). A timer and counter(30) measures numbers of sit-up of the knee and elbow contacting sensor(16) and the shoulder contacting sensor(14) through a connecting unit of timer and counter(42) by connecting a connecting terminal of timer and counter(40).
