PURPOSE: A method for constructing a steel frame and a steel house and its structure are provided to improve the constructing efficiency by offering a new constructing method to be applied to the steel frame and the steel house construction and to construct the construction to form a stable supporting structure of a wall about a load at the same time. CONSTITUTION: Plural vertical pillars(1) are installed at regular intervals in an appropriate position of a base slab. An outer wall is installed by assembling a panel of bearing wall(2) carried by producing between the pillar(1) with a necessary height, and an inner wall is formed by assembling the panel(2) in an appropriate position in the inner space at the same time. A horizontal beam(3) installed crosswise in the upper part of the wall panel(1) to form the outer wall is connected and combined in the pillar(1). A slab for a ceiling is installed in each certain height of the wall formed plural layers layered through this process.
