PURPOSE: An information board service system with user ordering type is provided to receive useful information free by automatically renewing new information provided from an operator server on an information bulletin board of the user. CONSTITUTION: A user connects a web site of an operator server(20) in which an information bulletin board(30) is provided, and writes a program using application through a member register. The user selects a program file of the information bulletin board(30) for providing a necessary information to download the selected program file and installs the downloaded program file in a user terminal(10). A new information is automatically renewed from the operator server(20) by a uniform period to the information bulletin board(30) of the user which is registered, and then the user receives information of a selected field free.
