PURPOSE: A method for constructing and providing information by recommendation of user in computer network system and recording medium readable as computer for recording the method are provided to reduce a time and an effort required in a search by constructing and providing information of a necessary site in an internet based on information recommended and provided by an internet user. CONSTITUTION: A server computer judges as to whether a user is a member when the useris connected to the server computer(202,204). An information input screen is provided to the user(208). A user recommends a web site and inputs information related to the web site(210). Information inputted by the user is stored in a primary DB(212). It is judged as to whether stored information is selected(214). Information is corrected or reprocessed when information is selected, and information is stored in a secondary DB(216,218). A price to the recommendation is provided to the user(220).
