PURPOSE: An incombustible metal sandwich panel is provided to be obtained by sticking a double-sided metal plate with a hot melt sticking of a hot melt synthetic resin film by inhering a sheet of incombustible synthetic resin between the double-sided metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A metal sandwich panel is composed by sticking a sheet and a metal plate with a hot melt sticking of a hot melt sticking film by laminating the metal plate in double sides after laminating the hot melt sticking film in double sides of the synthetic sheet. The sheet of synthetic resin is formed by one resin selected among a polyethylene resin or a polypropylene resin, but the synthetic resin is selected one among an incombustible foamed synthetic resin or a non-foamed synthetic resin. The metal plate in double sides of the sheet is one selected among an aluminum plate or a stainless steel plate. Because the metal sandwich panel is the sheet of synthetic resin installed between the aluminum and the stainless steel plate, the incombustible metal sandwich panel is protected from a fire when the panel is used for an interior and an exterior of construction.
