PURPOSE: A motor mounting assembly is provided to minimize noise and vibration generated by the motor by providing a noise/vibration absorbing arm assembly. CONSTITUTION: A motor mounting assembly includes a plurality of vibration absorbing arms(R) formed on a stator(40) to absorb circumference vibration and radial vibration generated when a rotor(20) rotates. The vibration absorbing arms(R) are coupled to a barring housing(50) on which the motor is mounted. Each of the absorbing arms(R) has a radial supporting portion(46) extending from the stator(40) and a circumference supporting portion(47) bent from the radial supporting portion(46) in a circumference direction. A coupling portion(48) is formed extending from the circumference supporting portion(47) and provided with a screw hole(49).
