PURPOSE: An active center pillar structure is provided to prevent inferior products from producing by fitting the center of a cylindrical pin and the center groove of an input shaft, and to reduce the cost and increase productivity by reducing the number of components. CONSTITUTION: A guide sleeve(5) is inserted into a space(20) of a valve body(2) while a protrusion(52) is combined with a standard groove(21). Each cylindrical pin(22) is inserted into both pin receiving grooves(51) of the guide sleeve. Then, an adjusting member(7) is inserted between the cylindrical member and an input shaft(1), and a small screw(13) is inserted into a penetrating hole(71) of the adjusting member to be finally inserted into a screw hole(14). Therefore, the valve body, the input shaft, the cylindrical pin and the center of a center groove(72) are kept in a uniting state by tightening the small screw.
