PURPOSE: An unbalance wheel and concave-convex tire for bicycles is provided to reduce the monotonous feeling of riding a bicycle and give interesting feeling on a flat road as if riding on a gravel road. CONSTITUTION: An unbalance wheel and concave-convex tire for bicycles includes a wheel in which a rotation shaft is not located on the central point of the wheel but located at one side apart from the central point, and a concave-convex tire which has a plurality of concave parts and convex parts on the outer periphery of the wheel tire, wherein, for example, if a diameter of a wheel is 76.2cm, the rotation shaft of the wheel is positioned 10cm apart from the central point so that the wheel rolls in an unbalanced state, and concave and convex parts are formed, the height of the concave parts is 5cm and the distance between the concave parts is 10cm, so that the user feels as if he is riding on a gravel road.
