PURPOSE: A conversion polysulfon resin composition is provided by improving compatibility of polysulfon and polycarbonate in one process, which is characterized by an excellent physical and electrical property and low price. CONSTITUTION: The basic composition comprises polysulfon, polycarbonate, mineral filler and carbon fiber for conductive property and the composition is manufactured by reactive compatibilization mixing styrene-(N-Phenylmaleimide)-Acrylonitrile, N-Phenylmaleimide-styrene copolymer, Diglycidyletherbisphenol A, Novolac epoxy and polytetra-fluoroethylene. The fusion temperature is 300-350°C, mineral filler and carbon fiber are injected into the side of extruder(1) and other resins and additives are put into the extruder early. |
