PURPOSE: A configuration and a method of a virtual education web site rebating a part of a tuition fee are provided to get a desired education program with simple application and confirming procedure, without the inconvenience for other supplementary service and a load of cost. CONSTITUTION: A virtual lecture room site comprising the advertisement of an advertiser is opened. Obligatorily seeing the advertisement publicized on the web site, a user makes an entry in the web site according to the proceeding procedure of a virtual education program rebating a part of a tuition fee and selects a tuition fee partial accumulation service or a free service. The web site founder requests the advertising expenditure to the advertiser according to the number of the application column of each opened chair. |
