PURPOSE: A real estate estimating system using the internet and the method thereof are provided to comprehend the approximate reference price of real estate to be estimated by providing transaction sample land price, appraisement of appraisal institute and standard declared land value with location information. CONSTITUTION: A personal computer connects with a cyber real estate appraisal company server (S1). It is discriminated whether the appraisal of real estate or the price information for a specific area is necessary(S2). In case that the appraisal of the real estate is necessary, it is discriminated whether the real estate will be self-estimated or inquired to an appraisal institute(S3). In case that the real estate will be self-estimated, the procedure of self-estimation is carried(S4). In case that the real estate will be inquired to the appraisal institute, the appraisal procedure of the appraisal institute is performed(S5). |
