COMPACT HYDRAULIC LEVER-TYPE TESTING MACHINE OF STRESS CORROSION CRACKING

PURPOSE: A compact hydraulic lever-typed machine for testing a stress corrosion cracking is provided to minimize an examined error of corrosion and to prevent the damage of the tester by preventing the leakage of corrosive solution. CONSTITUTION: A testing piece(30) is fixed not to be removed of a screw or a bolt by inserting between stretching rods(20a)(20b) for corrosion-testing the testing piece. A corrosive pipe(26) is covered to shield from the outside for the testing piece(30) fixed between stretching rods(20a)(20b), then side fixing plates(24a)(24b) in left and right are fixed by connecting with a fixing hole(32) using the bolt and a nut. A passage for supplying and circulating a corrosive solution is formed in one side of a corrosive portion(22). A tensile force to stretch the testing piece(30) fixed inside the formed corrosive portion(22) is continuously given without effecting by an outer vibration or a shock in a test for a long time because a hydraulic pressure is used.
