PURPOSE: A telephone system using a cellular phone is provided to call with a codeless phone of WLL(Wireless Local Loop) when receiving a telephone call via a cellular phone at home by using as one WLL fixed station, thereby reducing telephone charges. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone(10) capable of communicating with a base station wirelessly, performs a function of one fixed station when inserted in a home station(20). The home station(20) capable of being connected with wire, includes a terminal for enabling the cellular phone to be inserted and detached therein, and a terminal for data communication, in which a power supply terminal and a signal transmitting-receiving terminal are formed, so that transmits a signal to a codeless phone(30) when receiving a telephone call via the inserted telephone. The codeless phone(30) is capable of communicating with the home station wirelessly.
