PURPOSE: A hot/chilled water generator is provided to sterilize water in a hot/chilled water tub before a user drinks the water and to remarkably reduce the pollution in a water container when using the water for a long time by adopting an air filter. CONSTITUTION: A silicon rubber pad(7) is inserted into a water container strut(9) having a surface facing an entrance(8) of a water container(3) reversely installed on the lower end of a hot/chilled water generator to isolate the contact of air with outside and leakage of water. A diaphragm pump(5) forcibly absorbs the water and the air introduced into the water container is introduced through an air filter(4). The germs grown in the water container is sterilized by an ultra violet /ozone lamp(1) inserted into a hot/chilled water tub(10).
