The present invention relates to a method for producing brush articles that involves producing a bristle support (5) made of a thermoplastic material and provided with holes for receiving the bristles (3). The bristles have their fixation ends introduced into the holes and a pressure is then applied onto the bristle support (5) at its surface comprising the holes in order to compress said bristle support (5), whereby the overall height of said support can be reduced while its mass can be displaced so as to contract the holes at the fixation ends of the bristles and so that said mass surrounds the bristles laterally. This invention also relates to a device for realising said method. |
