PURPOSE: A game device of telecommunication type is provided communicate with a woman of an animation character by accessing to an information service center using a communication terminal such as a telephone, a mobile telephone or a PHS(Personal Handyphone System) installed in a main body of the game device. CONSTITUTION: When a gamer inserts a coin to a game device(100), a coin recognizer(7a) supplies a detecting signal of the insertion of the coin to a controller(200). A CPU(20) detects the signal for outputting an audio signal to a speaker(3) in case of need. Then, the CPU receives signals from a joystick and a manipulation button while outputting a control signal to an ROM(9) on a main board(8). The CPU treats and operates the game program stored in the ROM. Moreover, the controller forms a control signal according to the result of game for outputting to a delivering apparatus of card in a distributor. Then, a gamer collects the cards for dialing to an information service center by using a telephone installed in the main body for inputting a password. Then, the gamer accesses to the information service center to connect with a communication network through an interface for receiving information of a database or for communicating with the woman of an animation character.
