PURPOSE: A method for maintaining and providing personal information related to communication and a method for providing integral communication service are provided. CONSTITUTION: As a certain visitor inputs detailed personal information and communication connection information in predetermined items, the information is received via a communication network to register. When detailed information of this new member to administer is input, a predetermined data is registered as a main item and the others are remained unregistered. The main item is determined whether or not the same details are input and registered as an object for administering by other existing members. If the new member is input and registered as an object for administering by other existing members, the unregistered details of the new member are automatically and integrally registered in the database of the object to administer by the existing members.
