PURPOSE: A stock intermediation trade method and the system thereof are provided to minimize the risk of investors and to maximize the quality of investment consultation by compensating the loss partially in the event of recommendation for a specific stock and the investment loss. CONSTITUTION: Loss compensation rate according to investment risk, the range of investment period and intermediation commission rate are set up. A stock that loss compensation rate, the range of investment period and intermediation commission rate have been set up is recommended to investors. If investors purchase the recommended stock, part of the set intermediation commission is collected. The purchasing price, the range of investment period and the loss compensation rate for the stock are recorded. In a case of selling the purchased, recommended stock, it is confirmed whether the selling time is within the range of investment period. If the selling time is within the range of investment period, the purchasing price and the selling price are compared to confirm the result of investment loss. If the investment loss is generated, the investment loss amount according to the loss compensation rate is compensated to investors.
