PURPOSE: An internet auction method through binary-scaled lottery is provided to enhance the completion of E-business and activate auction by easily connecting an auction requestor to a lottery ticket buyer. CONSTITUTION: According to an internet auction method, an auction requestor requests auction to the server as a requestor client. The computer server issues a lottery ticket at nominal value according to the data provided to the requestor client. The sales of the corresponding lottery ticket is started, and after confirmation of receipt of money, a lottery number is assigned. After completion of lottery sales, one lottery number determined by binary-scaled lottery method is associate with a lottery number to determine a lottery winner according to a given method. An object knocked down and prize money are given to the winner. The auction requestor's auction charge is paid with money of the auction lottery ticket sales.
