PURPOSE: A solidification stabilizer composition for producing cement hardening agent for heavy metal treatment is provided which used for mixing cement, water into incineration material and solidifying. CONSTITUTION: Provided is a solidification stabilizer composition which is produced by dissolving 100-120g of NaCl, 550-700g of Na2CO3, 150-180 g of NaAlO2, 20-50g of FeCl3, 50-100g of CaCl2 or 280-320g of NaNO3, in 10liter of water. The solidification stability treatment agent composition promote ion combination of metal contained incineration cinders, coal cinders, steel manufacture incineration cinders, and as well as increase and polymerization of heavy metal material of solid matter prevent eruption of heavy metal contained steel manufacture incineration cinders etc. when mix incineration cinders occurred in life trash incineration cinder, a thermoelectric power plant coal cinder, an iron mill into cement water, and solidity.
