PURPOSE: A voice messaging system is provided to exchange information or store desired messages for a plurality of customers, and to automatically transmit the same messages to the customers or survey questionnaires to a target group. CONSTITUTION: A voice messaging system includes a CPU(13), and memories(11,12,16). The CPU generates a control command for executing voice signals and control signals, input by a user, and controls an overall operation of the system. A 1st memory(11) stores guide messages of the voice messaging system, and a plurality of subscribers' phone numbers, a 2nd memory(12) storing software programs for executing various messaging services, and a 3rd memory(16) storing voice messages input by the user. If an external phone signal is transmitted, the 1st memory(11) supplies the guide messages of the voice service to let the subscriber select a desired service, then the 2nd memory(12) supplies the correspondent voice service for the subscriber, and if necessary, the 3rd memory(16) the user's voice message, such as a vote or a survey questionnaire answer.
