PURPOSE: A reception and transmission separation type radio earphone is provided to improve a transmission and reception function in a telephone by using a radio transmission and reception earphone. CONSTITUTION: A reception and transmission separation type radio earphone comprises a telephone portion(1), a transmission portion(2), a reception portion(3), and a wire main body portion(4). The telephone portion is communicated with the wire main body portion. The transmission portion transmits a sound transferred from the telephone portion to the reception portion. The reception portion receives the transferred sound from the transmission portion.
