METHOD FOR PRODUCING HYDROPHILIC ISOFLAVONE

PURPOSE: An isoflavone which is cheap and has effect on anti-cancer is changed into water-soluble micro capsule and method of processing it is provided. CONSTITUTION: Water-soluble coating solution is produced by using Water-soluble compounds (glucose, sucrose, maltose, lactose and dextrine etc.), a fat-soluble isoflavone is dissolved using ethanol and mix materials above adding an emulsifier(lecithin, glycerol menstruate, triglycerol menstruate and acetylated monoglycerides etc.). An emulsion composed of water-soluble coating solution, emulsified agent and isoflavone is manufactured using a homogenizer. Emulsion is sprayed and dried using spraying dryer and the isoflavone is capsulized at the same time.
