PURPOSE: A titanium photo reaction process for waste water treatment is provided, which is characterized in that condensed waste water is transferred to reaction tank to treat with titanium mineral. CONSTITUTION: The method uses titanium, titanium oxide, and ultra violet radiation. When electrode made of titanium dioxide semiconductor contacts with ultra violet or light, oxygen and hydrogen are generated. Properties of titanium dioxide or titanium are not changed by the reaction, and oxidizing power of the mineral is stronger than that of chloride or ozone. In the case of tank type reactor, area for receiving light is maximized, and in the case of pipe type photo reactor, transmitting rate of ultra violet is improved. Condensation tank, settling tank, filtration tank, and air tank are arranged in order, and reaction tank using titanium mineral is added for settling suspended solids.
