PURPOSE: A fuel saving apparatus for a vehicle is provided to automatically control the opening action of a fuel valve according to the proportional value of the speed of wheels and of a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A speed of a vehicle detected in a vehicle speed detecting part(10) and a speed of wheels detected in a wheel speed detecting part(20) are inputted to a control unit(30). The control unit compares the two detected speeds. If the speed of wheels is fast than one of the vehicle body and when the vehicle accelerates suddenly at stoppage state, a fuel valve driving part(40) is driven according to the speed of wheels. Thereby, the amount of consumed fuel is increased because the fuel valve opened much. Accordingly, the control unit controls the opening action of a fuel valve driving part to make the fuel valve opened not to much even if a driver of a vehicle steps on an acceleration pedal. Thereby, the speed of wheels is controlled in the optimum state.
