PURPOSE: A double-walled spiral pipe molding device is provided to maximize the productivity by performing the work of molding an inner and an outer pipes promptly and efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical inner and an outer resins(2a',2b') are supplied continuously to be overlapped from the paths(A,B) for the inner and the outer resins of an inner and outer resin extrusion part(100). The outer resin is vacuum absorbed in a spiral molding groove(211) on the inner face of a molding drum(210) of an outer pipe molding part(200). The inner resin is extended by molding devices(320) of an inner pipe molding part(300) and is molded into an inner pipe(2a) touching to the outer pipe flat. Herein, the pressure endurance corresponding to the reacting strong inner pressure is promoted by removing a connecting part at the inner and the outer pipes(2a,2b) of a double-walled spiral pipe(2). And the molding work is performed promptly and efficiently. Thereby the productivity is improved.
