<p>PURPOSE:To protect a confidential matter stored in the IC chip of a semiconductor integrated circuit device from analysis. CONSTITUTION:An integrated circuit part 102 is provided on an IC chip 100. The integrated circuit part 102 is covered with an aluminum layer 24. Therefore, the IC chip 100 can not be directly observed from above. With this constitution, a confidential matter stored in the IC chip 100 can not be read by analyzing the wiring state of the integrated circuit part 102.</p> |
