<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive yarn resistible in practical use as warp yarn without being broken even when a strong tension is applied in the weaving process or a strong rubbing is applied in the shedding motion, and provide a woven carpet excellent in static electricity control property by using the conductive yarn. SOLUTION: In this carpet, a backing fabric 16 is formed by interlacing wafts 19, and the lacing wafts 15 continued while winding in a wave shape between the pile surface and the rear surface are constituted by folded yarn of both conductive yarn and nonconductive yarn. The conductive yarn has a cyano group introducing copper sulfide, and is made by one single yarn of conductive synthetic fiber spinning whose electric resistivity is 1Ωm or less. The other nonconductive yarn of the folded yarn is made of a plurality of nonconductive spinning single yarn making a principal material of cellulose short fibers. The size (count) of the conductive synthetic fiber spinning yarn is made smaller than that of the nonconductive spinning yarn, and the elongation at the time of breaking of the conductive yarn is made greater than that of the nonconductive yarn, and also the tensile strength at the time of breakage of the conductive yarn is made weaker than that of the nonconductive yarn.</p> |
