PURPOSE: A measurement device for quality of a radio data service is provided to measure automatically a quality of a radio data service using a mobile radio telephone. CONSTITUTION: A measurement device for quality of a radio data service comprises a program and an algorithm for connecting a lap top computer or a desk top computer to a mobile radio telephone terminal and performing an uploading or a downloading of data. A local server supervises an operation state of a remote server. A main server supervises an operation state of the local server. A radio data service quality is examined by using a web.
