METHOD FOR PRODUCING SCREW FOR JACK

PURPOSE: A method for producing a screw for a jack is provided to increase productivity and to reduce the cost by integrally metal molding a screw unit and a flange regardless of the length. CONSTITUTION: A steel bar is divided into a screw unit(110) and an expanded steel bar by punching and the expanded steel bar is divided into a joint and a bonding unit(130). Then a flat flange(150) is formed by cool casting the end of the joint and then a screw(200) is formed by processing the screw unit spirally and punching the flange to make a combining hole(160). Therefore, the screw and the flange are integrally produced so that the method reduces the cost and increases productivity.
