PURPOSE: A method for assuring internet buying and selling is provided to secure a payment of goods price and stably transmit goods by determining a discounted value and a transaction object in a transaction through an electronic commercial transaction and an internet market. CONSTITUTION: A seller performs a member authentication using an ID and a password (102). The seller entrances a member when the seller is a new subscriber, and is stored in a member DB(103,104). The seller connects an internet buying and selling secure site and selects a menu(105). The seller inputs a goods list for advertising a goods sale on a bulletin board of the site(106). The goods list is stored in a bulletin board DB when the writing of the goods list is completed(107,108). The bulletin board DB and a transaction pocketbook DB are interlocked for registering the goods list(109). The seller selects a transaction pocketbook menu key, and the transaction pocketbook is loaded(110,112). A buyer sees the bulletin goods list, and buys and sells goods with buyers(121,122,123). The seller agrees the buying and selling with one buyer, and displays a buyer name and a value in the transaction pocketbook(124).
