PURPOSE: A device for removing a remained yarn and finishing is provided to easily produce by having a simple and slimming structure and to effectively arrange the other adjunctive apparatuses by having an occupied size of the other upper face. CONSTITUTION: A device is installed an installing block of piston(20) in one end of a cross bar(10), a fixing shaft of cutter(40) by penetrating a dial pad(30), a ring-shaped cutter(42) in the lower part of the fixing shaft of cutter, and a sinker pad(44). The installing block of piston(20) is formed a shaft hole(22) in the middle of a circular plate and a protruded unit(24) having installing holes of piston(23) in the one side of the shaft hole(22). A first and a second stage pistons formed an air cylinder are embedded to be rise or fallen in the installing hole of piston(23). The cross bar(10) is separated to a left and a right bodies(10a,10b) to control a position of the fishing shaft of cutter(40) installed in the end, and its separated part is combined with a combining member(11).
