PURPOSE: A device for automatically opening and closing a window by a remote controlled method is provided to open and close the window by operating with connecting a worm in a worm gear by a remote controller in order to easily open and close manually and not to generate noise by separating the worm from the worm gear when the window opens manually. CONSTITUTION: A power signal generated in a transmitter(60), a control signal for opening a window and/or for closing the window is received in a signal receiving unit(71) of a control device(70) for controlling the operation of a window moving device(50). A signal needed to control is inputted in a control unit(73) after fixing a waveform in a fixing unit of waveform(72). The control unit(73) controls each device which accepts a power supplied from a power source which generates the power of 12-30V by deciding the inputted control signal. When a user opens or closes the window by controlling a remote controller(60), the solenoid(54) and the motor(M) are operated at the same time and then a worm(52b) is butted with a worm gear(53b). Thus, by delaying an operating timing of a motor(M) than a solenoid(54), each gear are not damaged and a noise is not generated.
