PURPOSE: Provided is a top substantiation structure of dart introducing equipment in the converter by using a first substantiation structure and a second substantiation structure. Thereby, it is possible to sustain the dart introducing equipment in the converter effectively by the first substantiation structure and the second substantiation structure. CONSTITUTION: The substantiation structure is consisted of an even frame, a first substantiation structure and a second substantiation structure. The first substantiation structure is adhered to the even frame, sustain a front portion of an extension unit and control the extension unit. The second substantiation structure is spaced from the first substantiation structure, and has a tilting central axis of the extension unit. Also, the second substantiation structure has a vertical beam toward vertical direction from the even frame. The vertical beam has a substantiation bracket. The extension unit has a tilting bracket for controlling the substantiation bracket and extension unit. The substantiation bracket is rotationally connected to the extension unit by a screw pin.
