A following cell (123) has a treatment liquid inlet (40) and a treatment liquid outlet (42). The treatment liquid outlet (42) is connected to a treatment liquid inlet (44) of a preceding cell (122) by way of a connecting passage (46). A single pump (48) is sufficient to transfer treatment liquid through the cells.
