<p>An orifice plate (211) for a texture material applicator having a number of nozzle orifices (227, 229, 231, 233, 235, 237, 239) of differing diameters. Each nozzle orifice (227-239) is defined b y a nozzle (213, 215, 217, 219, 221, 223, 225) extending normally from the plate (211) in the direction of texture material flow. The length of each nozzle (213, 215, 217, 219, 221, 223, 225) is the sum of the thickness of the plate (211) plus the extent of the nozzle (213, 215, 217, 219, 221, 223, 225) beyond the plate (211). The total length of each nozzle (213, 215, 217, 219, 221, 223, 225) is proportional to its exit diameter.</p> |
