<p>The invention relates to the use of heterocyclic compounds with formulas (I) and (II), and pharmaceutical acceptable salts thereof, for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical preparation for treatment of coagulation-related diseases. The compounds are inhibitors of TF-FVIIa activity and thus show anticoagulant activity. The invention also relates to methods of treatment. The invention furthermore relates to novel compounds with the formula (I) or (II).</p> |
