<p>The invention concerns a steamer heating part, comprising a base structure (1), a heating element (2), a water reservoir (4) communicating with the heating element (2), a lid (10) closing the reservoir (4), a filling orifice (8) emerging on an outer wall of the base (1) and/or of the lid (10), a wall (5) closing at least part of the air volume of the water reservoir (4) being arranged between the heating element (2) and the filling orifice (8), the lid (10) having at least an aperture (14) provided for the passage of the steam towards the cooking vessel arranged above the lid. The invention is characterised in that the wall (5) extends downwards into a depressed zone (17) linked to the heating element (2) by a shoulder or rib (24), the wall (5) extending downwards into a depressed zone (17) at a height less than that of the shoulder or rib (24), the filling orifice (8) and the shoulder or rib (24) being arranged on either side of the wall (5).</p> |
