The Three dimensional mesh information are divided to obtain several partial mesh information units. Each partial mesh information unit comprises vertex binary tree and triangle binary tree information as mesh information. The encoded partial mesh units are unified and transmitted as compressed bit streams. An Independent claim is also included for three dimensional mesh information encoding apparatus.
