The present invention teaches the construction of integrated hydrologic circuits to store, filter, and/or sterilize large quantity of natural or treated waste water. The hydrologic circuits consist of at least one of the following: water-storage reservoir, a source with regulating mechanism, a sink with regulating mechanism, a porous-medium filtering conduit. A heating device to sterilize the filtered water can be installed in the hydrologic circuits.
