The invention relates to bellows comprised of two rigid or semi-rigid plates which are united by a porous membrane and intended to produce foam. The bellows with all the constitutive elements provide for the production of foam without any risk for the physical integrity owing to the absence of electric or heavy mechanical elements. The volume of water which is necessary to produce foam is minimal and contributes to the saving of water.
