Packet is formed from single blank piece (10) of rectangular shape with two transverse sidewalls (18,20) alternating with two longitudinal sidewalls (22,24), two transverse base flaps (30,32) and two longitudinal base flaps (34,36). Hinged tab (52) is attached on longitudinal edge of one longitudinal base flap. Tab is pushed by other longitudinal base flap when carton is formed into shape.
