A pressure-sensitive adhesive gel composition for iontophoresis which enable s a basic drug to be efficiently delivered to a part within the living body. T he composition comprises a basic drug, an acidic polymer, a polyfunctional epox y compound, water, and a polyhydric alcohol and/or gelatin. The weight ratio o f the basic drug to the acidic polymer is preferably from 10/1 to 1/10. The basic drug is preferably in a free form.
