An EGR module (20) has a valve containing a main flow passage (30) having a valve member (40) that controls exhaust gas flow through the passage. An internal pressure sensing passage (58) communicates pressure at one side of an orifice (66) in the main flow passage to a pressure sensor (28). The pressure sensor and an EVR valve are integrated with the body of a fluid pressure actuator (24) that operates the valve member. Various embodiments are disclosed.
